How do I signup for a class?
Before signing up for a class, you have to register for an account with Compliance Review Services. Once you
have an account you can signup for classes. Once you have logged in visit our list of classes and click
on the signup link. Then fill out the signup registration form and pay. Once
you login you will see a list of classes that you are currently enrolled in. If you have problems with payment, view the
payment instructions link.
Help! I forgot my username and password.
Your username is the email address you used when you signed up for an account. If you know your email address, but can't remember your password
you can have it emailed to you by entering your email address at our password recovery page.

How do I pay for the class? Is the process secure?
The payment process is completed via Paypal.com. After filling out the signup registration form, you will be redirected to a special
payment page on Paypal.com You do not need a Paypal account to sign up for a class. You can use any major credit card on the payment page.
Paypal payments are made via a secure payment page at Paypal.com.

How do I receive credit for my contact hours?
Information about receiving credit for your contact hours can be found on our instructions page. For help regarding
receipt of your contact hours, you can contact support via our support page.
Help! I cannot print my certificate.
If you cannot print your certificate, there could be more than one cause. Please make sure you have made payment for the class. To check your
payment status, login to view your class list. Each class with have a label for payment status. If payment status is "Incomplete", then you will
not be able to print your certificate until you have made payment for the class. If you have not made payment, click on the "Make Payment" link
next to the class and follow the Paypal payment process. If you have problems with payment, view the payment instructions link.
If you have made payment and the payment status is still listed as "Incomplete", please contact support.
If payment status is listed as "Complete" and you cannot print your certificate, make sure you have filled out the evaluation form
for the class. Certificates are not awarded until the evaluation is completed. If you received an error when filling out the application, please
send the error to our support department and fax the evaluation to 512-535-0686.
If you have completed the evaluation, and received no error, but still cannot print the certificate, contact support.

I still cannot print my certificate or I do not have a printer, can you email me a copy?
Due to fraudulent and counterfeit certificate attempts, we cannot email you a copy of your certificate until every other option has been exhausted.
Please contact support and we will try to resolve any issues you may be having with the system as quickly as possible. If you
do not have a printer, we recommend visiting your local library or copy print shop to print your certificate.

Do you share my personal information or test results with third parties?
No. We only share your information in the event that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we
have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process
served on our site. We will not sell your information to third parties for any reason.
I am a healthcare employer and I would like several of my employees to take some classes. Can I sign them all up at once under the same account?
No. Each student must have their own email address and must signup for their own separate account.
Are there any group discounts?
There are no group discounts at this time.
