CPR Classes

We are also available as a training center for CPR instructors

CTC Information

Compliance Review Services, Inc., uses experienced personnel as CPR instructors so we can give our students the highest quality instruction. We offer classes at our Training Center in Houston, Texas (see our schedule of classes), as well as on site at no additional cost. For on-site classes, we require a minimum of five students and a completed Contract for CPR Group Class Offerings. (Adobe Reader is required to view the schedule and contract documents.)

We offer the following CPR classes:

Give the gift of life—why not buy a gift certificate for a CPR class? It would make a great birthday, anniversary, or other holiday gift!

Heartsaver Classes

Heartsaver classes are for the general public—lay persons who are not in the medical profession but want to learn CPR.

There are several types of Heartsaver classes; they can include the infant, adult, and child CPR as well as the adult and infant choking and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

Healthcare Provider Classes

Healthcare provider classes are for those persons who are in the health care profession, for example, nurses, physicians, dentists, respiratory therapist, home health aides, etc.

This class includes one-person CPR, two-person CPR, choking, prudent heart and brain living as well as infant and child CPR. Defibrillator overview and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation are also included.

AED Classes

AED classes are for healthcare providers as well as lay persons. The AED class is designed to teach people on the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) device.

An AED device used within three minutes of cardiac arrest gives a victim a 74% rate of survival when used properly with CPR. Two minutes longer without the usage of an AED, and the rate of survival drops dramatically to barely 40%.

First Aid Classes

First Aid classes are available for all individuals who are interested in immediate bystander first aid.

In First Aid you have a choice to combine adult, child, and infant CPR and AED. First aid teaches individuals how to handle medical, injury, and environmental emergencies and provides general principles.

Family & Friends

Family & Friends targets all lay rescuers, such as school children, family members of patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest, and other persons who want to learn rescue skill for their loved ones.

Family & Friends consists of adult, child, and infant CPR and choking as well as warning sign of sudden cardiac arrest and stroke.

Instructor Classes

Instructor classes are a two-day session for healthcare providers seeking to become instructors to teach other healthcare providers and lay persons.

Cost of Classes

Except for instructor classes, all classes are the same price. Class cost includes a book, but persons seeking recertification who have a current book may deduct that cost ($15). A group rate requires five or more persons guaranteed.

  • Individual class: $50/person (group rate: $45/person)
  • Combined CPR and First Aid class: $50/person (no group rate)
  • Instructor class: $300/person (two sessions)
